1. Services

Scholora Academic Services provides academic support services including editing, publishing assistance, intellectual-property filing support and thesis guidance. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines are agreed per project quote.

2. Academic integrity

Our services are intended as ethical guidance, editing and administrative support. Your research and authorship remain your own. We do not condone or facilitate academic misconduct, and we cannot guarantee acceptance by any third-party journal, publisher or authority whose decisions are outside our control.

3. Quotes and payments

Quotes are valid for the period stated. Work begins after you accept the quote and any agreed advance. Government/official and third-party fees (e.g. APCs, statutory filing fees) are separate unless stated otherwise.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and materials.
• Ensure you hold the rights to any content you submit.
• Respond to queries within reasonable timeframes.

5. Revisions and refunds

Revisions are provided as defined in your project scope. Refund eligibility, where applicable, is set out in your quote/agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your documents and information as confidential and share them only as needed to deliver your project.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for third-party decisions or indirect losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Services involving UK filings are also subject to applicable UK requirements.
